I-595 EXPRESS CORRIDOR TRAFFIC IMPACT REPORT Aug. 29 - Sept. 4, 2010

  • One westbound lane of I-595 between Hiatus Road and 136th Avenue will be closed, nightly, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 29 and ending Tuesday morning, Aug. 31.
  • A portion of both left turn lanes from northbound Flamingo Road to westbound S.R. 84 will be closed under the I-595 overpass, nightly, from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 29 and ending Friday morning, Sept. 3.
  • One left turn lane from southbound Flamingo Road to eastbound S.R. 84 will be closed under the I-595 overpass, nightly, from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 29 and ending Friday morning, Sept. 3.
  • One eastbound lane of S.R. 84 between Flamingo Road and Hiatus Road will be closed from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 30.
  • The designated U-turns for both directions of S.R. 84 at Flamingo Road are closed through the end of summer 2010. Motorists will still be able to make the u-turn movements through the signalized intersection.
  • One westbound lane of S.R. 84 between Nob Hill Road and Hiatus Road will be intermittently closed daily, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 30 and ending Thursday, Sept. 2.
  • One eastbound lane of S.R. 84 between Nob Hill Road and Pine Island Road will be closed, nightly, from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m., beginning Wednesday, Sept. 1 and ending Friday, Sept. 3.
  • The designated U-turns for both directions of S.R. 84 at Pine Island Road are closed through early fall 2010. Motorists will still be able to make the u-turn movements through the signalized intersection.
  • One eastbound lane of S.R. 84 between University Drive and Davie Road will be closed, nightly, from 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 29 and ending Friday, Sept. 3.
  • One eastbound lane of I-595 between Davie Road and S.R. 7 / U.S. 441 will be closed from 9 p.m. to midnight on Sunday, Aug. 29 and two eastbound lanes of I-595 in this area will be closed from midnight until 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 30.
  • One westbound lane of I-595 between S.R. 7 / U.S. 441 and the Florida Turnpike overpass will be closed, nightly, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning Sunday, Aug. 29, and ending Wednesday morning, Sept. 1, and a second lane of westbound I-595 in this area will be closed from midnight to 5 a.m. each night.
  • Traffic on southbound S.R. 7 north of the I-595 overpass will be stopped for a period of ten minutes between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 2.
